Custom-made at its finest

With this project, we broke new ground: a a fully integrated steering station made entirely of carbon for a 38-meter yacht. We were also responsible for the complete project management and control of the production. This is the first delivery of this magnitude by us, which thus demonstrates our enormous performance spectrum and capacity.  The almost futuristic look of a carbon steering position was expressly requested by the owner in order to break with the traditional exterior of the yacht.

We supplied not only the console of the steering position, but also all the wall cladding, the seat surround, the steering wheel, which is covered with plenty of carbon and has a highly intricate design, as well as the ceiling of the wheelhouse. The latter was provided by us with numerous recesses behind which LEDs were inserted – the resulting pattern is reminiscent of the Arab culture from which the yacht’s client comes. The LEDs light up in different colors as needed, creating a unique ambience in the wheelhouse that is currently unparalleled in yachting.
