Engineer Composites

To reinforce our team, we are looking for a

Engineer Composites (m/f/d)

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop concept solutions within the given budget and deadlines
  • Create designs and constructions in Solid Works and PDM
  • Parametric design parts and item groups
  • Create item lists and product documentation
  • Develop components based on modular principles
  • Manage and lead ongoing projects

YOUR PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering with specialization in marine engineering / composite construction / mechanical engineering / plant construction (or comparable)
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in shipbuilding / composite construction / mechanical engineering / plant construction or manufacturing engineering
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and implementation know-how
  • Good knowledge of 3D /CAD, preferably in Solid Works and PDM
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Creativity, good communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, resilience and flexibility
  • Composite experience in CFRP is necessary

Boat builder

YOUR ROLE

  • The assembly of high-end components
  • The implementation of innovative production techniques
  • Supervision and coordination of production
  • Compliance with internal and external quality requirements
  • Determining and controlling the demand for raw materials and supplies
  • Leading and motivating a team of employees
  • The ongoing management of your projects

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a boat builder, master boat builder or carpenter
  • You have been familiar with the handling of fibre composites for several years
  • You have at least three years of professional experience - ideally in boatbuilding or production engineering
  • You are characterised by a high level of solution orientation and implementation strength
  • Your English is so good that you can read and implement English laminate plans
  • You have initial experience in leading small teams
  • Personally, you are characterised by your ability to cooperate and work in a team, your ability to work under pressure and your flexibility

Sachbearbeiter im Einkauf (m/f/d)

Zu dem Aufgabengebiet gehört:

  • Verantwortlichkeit für den Einkauf von zugeordneten Warengruppen und Materialien unter Berücksichtigung von Kosten und Qualität
  • Administrative Abwicklung des Einkaufsgeschäftes
  • Import- und Exportarbeiten inkl. Koordination der Logistikdienstleistungen
  • Koordination zwischen den Subunternehmern
  • Lieferantenauswahl und –Bewertung
  • Aufbereiten von Angeboten und Erstellen von Angebotsvergleichen
  • Preisverhandlungen
  • Terminsicherungsmaßnahmen sowie Sicherstellen der Lieferantenleistung hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Inventur
  • Wareneingangskontrolle
  • Darüber hinaus gehören die Rechnungsprüfung sowie das Reklamationsmanagement zu Ihren Aufgaben

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Sie haben mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
  • Sie verfügen über gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang ERP/CRM und MS Office wünschenswert
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig und qualitätsbewusst
